The service was great, there seemed to be a male / female divide, males in sales females in service, need to see more females in sales roles. As a lady I'd prefer to buy from a lady.
Fast reliable service
Great apart from the problem was not completely solved and I am in the process of booking it back in again.

My only complaint was that I phoned up to see if the car would be ready at the time promised, was told that 'somebody will phone you back' but nobody did. However when I arrived, the car was ready and waiting at the appointed time.

The service and customer satisfaction is always of a high standard.
My 5 series required an EGC unit to be replaced immediately. I called the dealership, and requested they check the parts availability. They call back to confirm, then booked the car in. Car was collected, EGC fitted and returned quickly.

The loan car was ready for me and quickly accepted back when I came to collect my serviced car. The bill was just as expected. The condition/wear of the various items - tyres, bakes, etc - was recorded in a written report for me. A free valet service

Always polite and helpful.I had a courtesy car but it is very inconvenient and time-wasting to have to drive to the other side of Blackpool and back - and then do the same to return the car. Over an hour there and back because of the traffic problems
Problem was sorted fast and provided a courtesy car but still feel the warranty should of covered it with only having purchased the car 8 weeks previous
